E' possibile finalmente portare i benefici della risata anche in azienda, sul luogo di lavoro.
Chi meglio di lui poteva parlarci di Laughing Coaching? La missione di Richard Romagnoli, quella di diffondere lo Yoga della Risata nel mondo, lo sta portando in contatto anche con molte realtà aziendali italiane e non, per quali segue team di lavoro e singoli manager.
Cerchiamo di capire meglio cosa vuol dire Laughing Coaching e come può migliorare le prestazioni lavorative.
Richard, cosa ti chiedono le aziende con le quali collabori?
R: Principalmente mi chiedono di portare un momento, una tecnica che, attraverso le metodologie dello Yoga della Risata, sia capace di creare una maggiore interazione e relazione tra colleghi e professionisti che "coabitano" la stessa azienda.
In che modo la risata può fare questo?
R: E' stato provato scientificamente che ridere migliora l'ossigenazione del cervello, la risata sia che sia spontanea o anche come la chiamo io "spintanea" crea una spinta diaframmatica addominale che permette ai polmoni di buttare fuori l'aria residua che ristagna per troppo tempo nei polmoni; ridere quindi ci dà la possibilità di incamerare maggiori quantità di ossigeno e quindi migliorare le nostre prestazioni.
Si può ridere in azienda?
R: Ridere in azienda vuol dire cercare la massima produttività stando meglio.
Bisogna perdere la mera considerazione del lavoro come fosse obbligo. Diamo una nuova visione al nostro lavoro, da Work a Worship!
Ma attenzione, ridere non è deridere!
Spesso abbiamo paura di ridere perché associamo alla risata un momento di derisione di qualcosa o qualcuno oppure pensiamo, ridendo di svilire una situazione. Invece RIDERE è RESPIRARE, RESPIRARE è VIVERE.
Anche quando lavoriamo viviamo!
Gli imprenditori italiani saranno in grado di accettare che i dipendenti ridano per qualche minuto al giorno in azienda?
R: E' importantissimo che il datore di lavoro comprenda che i dipendenti contribuiscono attivamente al benessere della sua azienda e che durante i 15 minuti di pratica dello Yoga della Risata succede qualcosa di straordinario. Grazie alla terapia della risata le persone si liberano delle tensioni accumulate e represse, si sentono meglio e godono delle endorfine prodotte dalla risata.
Per praticare lo Yoga della Risata in azienda serve un istruttore?
R: Assolutamente NO, è importantissimo che le persone vivano con me un momento bellissimo di esperienza della Risata che poi trasformeranno in una sana e buona abitudine da compiere in un autonomia giornalmente. Per l'Italia ho creato degli standard precisi per poter ogni giorno scaricare le tensioni e liberare le endorfine.
L'obiettivo del mio intervento è quello di portare maggiore consapevolezza sul valore delle relazioni empatiche tra i professionisti dell'organizzazione e con i propri clienti. Attraverso momenti di interazione e role play attivi i partecipanti sperimenteranno da subito il potere destressante della Risata Incondizionata. Come diceva Anna Frank "La felicità ha il potere di contaminare chi ti sta vicino!"

R: Certo Recentemente mi sono trovato di fronte ai manager di Adidas, ai quali non era stata spiegata la natura del mio intervento, adoro questa cosa! Il potere dello Yoga della Risata è proprio quello di creare subito gruppo! Siamo stati assieme per 7 ore durante il Business WorkShock , è stato davvero molto coinvolgente, sono bastati 10 minuti per creare un ambiente armonioso e.... caldo, poi abbiamo concluso con l'abbraccio. Qualche giorno fa mi sono arrivati i primi report e al ritorno al lavoro gli store manager hanno saputo creare un ambiente motivante e performante e le vendite sono aumentate!! E' così: cambia la visione di ciò che sei, mai a scapito di ciò che sai ma più positivo per ciò che fai!
Bernadette: Mi è capitato più volte lavorare in negozio di far ballare e cantare i clienti farli sentire protagonista, non serve convincerli a comprare, comprano da soli! e devo dire che coinvolgerli e trattarli come se vi conoscete già da tempo li fai sentire bene, Entrano con il muso e escono con il SORRISO!
Ridere aiuta la vendita! Come fai a proporre un servizio sulle labbra? Madre Teresa Calcutta diceva che " La pace inizia con il Sorriso", è verissimo e quindi io dico: " LA VENDITA' INIZIA CON UN SORRISO!"
Si può ridere anche in compagnia di colleghi che non ci stanno molto simpatici?
R: Assolutamente sì, però bisogna svelare il trucco e bisogna dare l'ingrediente magico....
Come entra la risata in una relazione difficile?
Lo Yoga della Risata ha una metodologia unica, efficace e semplice che nel giro di 10 minuti può semplificare e sciogliere tensioni in ambito relazionale, attraverso una metodologia che parte da un applauso, passa attraverso il linguaggio di una risata e termina con un abbraccio.
Qual è quindi l'obiettivo dei tuoi interventi in azienda?
Migliorare tra il personale, incrementare la produttività, creare e mantenere un atteggiamento di valore positivo e creativo. Il mio intervento mira a prevenire e aiutare le persone a diminuire: Stress mentale e stress emotivo.
Il WorkShock non è un workshop, non è semplice teoria: è un programma pratico. I partecipanti comprenderanno il valore della risata come esercizio e sperimenteranno un aumento dei livelli di energia fin dalla prima sessione. Per tutto il giorno saranno di buonumore e si sentiranno in forma. Impareranno inoltre a ridere senza motivo e saranno in grado di praticare lo Yoga della Risata in qualunque momento, dappertutto.
Impareranno a cambiare umore in pochi minuti attraverso gli esercizi.
Impareranno a gestire le situazioni difficili con un atteggiamento mentale positivo.
Gli esercizi dello Yoga della Risata li aiuteranno a rilasciare le emozioni negative e a raggiungfere l'equilibrio emotivo, per sviluppare relazioni più costruttive con i colleghi e con i familiari. Many African countries, including Angola, Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Republic of the Congo, Côte d'Ivoire, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Ghana, Guinea, Liberia, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Rwanda, São Tomé and Príncipe, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Uganda, Zambia require all incoming passengers to have a current International Certificate of Vaccination. Some other countries require vaccination only if the passenger is coming from an infected area.[313]
Passport validity
Many countries require passport validity of no less than 6 months and one or two blank pages.
